  2. Slice the onion thinly. Sprinkle with a little salt and massage with your hands. Rinse in water, then squeeze out well.
  3. Put the mixed beans, onion and chicken tender in a bowl, and mix well with the ✿ ingredients. Done!
  4. The version in the photo has 4 black tiger shrimp that were steamed and cut into 8 mm or so piece instead of the chicken.
  5. To make the yogurt mayonnaise: 50 g of drained yogurt + 10 g of mayonnaise, mixed together. It's refreshing and healthy.
