Instructions to make Chicken Curry:
  1. For Marination- Take a large bowl wash chicken pcs add turmeric Powder, half spoon ginger garlic paste, salt and marinate for 15-20 minutes
  2. For aroma and taste - Take cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, peppercorn grind it to a fine powder.
  3. Take a pan add oil, add cardamom, cloves, peppercorn, cinnamon, bay leaf, sliced onions, saute well till it changes colour, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add tomatoes finely chopped and mix again, close the lid and let it cook for 15 min in slow flame.
  4. Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook for 15-20 min in slow flame.
  5. Add the mixture grinded for aroma and flavour, off the flame garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with Indian Breads or Rice.
