- Pick up some small size basil leaves. Prepare toothpicks. Put your baby Santa together by put half bottom (the half that you cut the bottom off) on then lay on top with mozzarella then the other half of the tomato then basil leaf. Then use toothpick to secure it.
- Making balsamic glaze, add balsamic. Honey and salt together and mix well. Put in microwave for 1 min and leave it to cool down. You can then use 3 sesame seeds to put it on mozzarella to make Santa’s buttons.
- Time to assemble, place 1 tsp of balsamic glaze on the plate then put your mini Santa canapés on top. Enjoy with your family 🎄
