The ingredients needed to make Sambal Seafood:
  1. Take big Prawns (shell on)
  2. Prepare big Squid (slice in piece)
  3. Make ready Mussels
  4. Take big onion (chopped)
  5. Prepare tpbs Sambal Mix (pre-pack)
  6. Prepare tbps oil
  7. Make ready ml-150ml water
Instructions to make Sambal Seafood:
  1. Wash the seafood with salt and rise off. (Prawn shell-on, remove head & leg)
  2. Heat oil to pan, add in sambal mix and onion (stir fry 2min) add all the seafood in (stir fry 2min)
  3. Add in water (mix well and cover with lid) let it cook for 10min- 15 min ready to served (inbetween stir well)
