- Sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda. Keep it aside.
- Take a wide bowl, add curd and blend it with the help of whisker. Add powdered sugar little by little and mix well with whisker. Now add butter, oil and mix thoroughly.
- Now in the same bowl, add the seived maida mix kept aside little by little. Add milk in small quantity and mix thoroughly. Do not mix it vigorously, keep mixing in same direction with the help of whisker.
- Add melted chocolate to this batter.
- Grease the cake mould by applying butter within the sides. Add one tbsp maida and dust the flour throughout by shaking it.
- Pour the batter in the greased mould. Fill the batter only till half the depth of the container, so that the cake will rise up nicely after it gets baked.
- Place the cake mould inside the preheated cooker carefully as cooker will be very hot. Bake on medium flame for 40 to 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, take a knife and pierce to check if the cake is baked properly.If knife comes out clean then it means cake is baked completely. Allow the cake to cool,then cut the cake and relish it.
