- Stir the egg and orange wet mix into the dry mix, mix well then pour into the cake tin. Bake at 180 C for 1 hr 30 mins. Cover halfway through to prevent the cake top over browning.
- Once cooked allow the cake to cook in the tin for an hour. Then carefully turn out onto a wire rack. Heat some apricot jam in a saucepan and then brush the glaze all over the cake. Done!
